One of the most important aspects to teaching success is organization. I take lesson and unit planning incredibly seriously, and I believe in having multiple backup plans. Just like not every student is the same, not every class, every day, every subject is the same. There are never any guarantees, but planning is crucial to being prepared for any eventuality.
